Let's face it, Postcards are a staple in your marketing diet. They are, far and away, the least expensive item you can utilize for direct mailing. We awake from the nightmare of rising postal prices. We're all feeling that pain as most authors can't afford bulk mail contracts.

But, alas, we do what we must. So, first, let's talk about traditional postcards.

Everybody loves to get mail, and an attractive postcard is always a pleasant surprise. You can use postcards to announce book signings, book fairs, or any event where you'll be appearing or marketing your book. A client recently distributed her postcards by getting several bookstores to place a handful on their counter. She had filled the cards out by hand, addressing them to "Dear Loyal Reader". Her signature on the card made it a great souvenir. Several of the stores called asking for more. She saved the postage and got the same result. Something to think about.

Your postcards can be designed to promote your book (front cover, book details, description and ordering information), a book event in which case you might want us to utilize date, time, location, etc.; or they can be used to promote you and your website. Countless uses.

Postcards are full-color, 4" x 6" printed on thick high-quality paper. The front side of the postcard displays the front cover of the book and has a glossy finish. The back side is printed on white, matte cardstock with whatever information you'd like, or we can leave it blank for you to customize as needed.

PaintSwatches™ are electronic postcards. We design them the same way we do regular postcards, but there are always at least two versions. The cards are stored in our PaintStore, which is a secure client area. You log in, access your cards, and send them to whatever email addresses you'd like. If you'd like your card included in the public system, you need only click that option in your account when you sign up and your cards will be available to the public.
