We were going to put a really long list here, but decided there was no reason to break the LOTTA_text rule. Mr. John Kremmer has a list of over 400 publishers on bookmarket.com. This site is a goldmine of information.
For Self Publishers
We're not even going to get into recommending a company to self-publishers.
We don't have the first-hand knowledge. One of our Painters created her book at LULU, but she
wasn't selling it, just making gifts for friends. As the process went,
she had no problems.
